During the stay everything was brand-new and I got wake up service as a compliment.

Location was comfortable, not very far from House of Katmandu Amusement Park. In fact, it was located really close to bus links so made it very easy to see the other parts of Majorca too. Staff were very professional and extremely helpful here.

Everything about my stay was brand-new, would recommend. The accommodation was decent and fantastic close to the beach and lots of shops in the hood, all the restaurants and bars and shops and La Vila shopping centre. Super friendly and amicable staff ensured an enjoyable stay on this visit;)))

Very good experience on last night when wanted to get early night before flight first thing in morning. Basic accommodation with great value for money rooms close enough to the airport and other cities, La Vila shopping centre, and the beach and another playground.

I had a great stay at a peaceful and spacious place. The staff at Globales Nova were very friendly and helpful. The room was large with plenty of storage, and I liked that the kitchen equipment was minimal but sufficient. The cleaning service was excellent, and I enjoyed the lovely grounds. The indoor pool was a bonus, and being right across the road from the beach was fantastic. There were also good bars and restaurants nearby.

Had a lovely stay on last night when wanted to get early night before flight first thing in morning. Great that we could use wake-up service when wanted, and loved 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed available. Included shower facilities, a hair dryer and guest toiletries, all very handy. It was located in a busy area in the centre of town.

Central location, air-conditioned and great-sized rooms. In our opinion - good price for this fantastic and beautiful apartment.

I recently stayed at Nova in Palma Nova for a week and it was fantastic. The location was superb, just a short walk across the road to the beach. The hotel was always clean and spacious, with a large and clean pool area. Our room was spacious and clean, with a decent sized balcony and plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchenette was handy, although we didn't use it much. The parking was a lifesaver and easily accessible from the back of the hotel.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

fantastic location and staff etc. the snack bar was on the premises. one of the restaurants, saigon baguette, was a few steps away from the apartment.

After complaining the second lot of apartments we got were very clean and fresh. The linen was regularly changed. The beach was within walking distance and lovely and warm. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped and the tv had english speaking channels. It was in a good location in relation to bars and restaurant. Palmanova is very quiet in Oct

We had paid extra for a sea view and when we arrived the apartments only had a slight sea view. We complained but there was nothing could be done until monday as the manager was unavailable. On sunday afternoon we were offered an other apartment, they were recently renovated had a lovely view, though we had to pack up, move and unpack again. Fortunately it was a wet day. The inside pool was freezing but it warmed up midway through the week. .We had been told there would be entertainment for kids in complex but I received an email 24 hours before we arrived to say it was cancelled. The restaurant was dead at nighttime. Wi-fi reception very poor unless you are sitting under the signal.
